If I apply to any program and would like to submit the Personal statement after working on it in a day or two.How can I do that .I mean can Personal statement be submitted later on to the individual program .What is the procedure ?How do we submit it separately?

CREATE ONE AND AND IT WILL APPEAR WHEN YOU CLICK ON THE INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM!
