I need you to pull down your gown [upto your mid stomach- you can say this if you like].

Let me help you to untie it [saying this untie the gown from the neck,touch only the strip and not the gown itself].In female pt bra will be exposed.Don't get tensed. She is your pt only,nothing else.

Hear the sounds in Aorta, pulmonary,tricuspid and then to hear the Mitral area,ask the pt to lift her lt breast a little and put the stetho over mitral area.

It's so simple
