But in infants before its descent it is retroperitoneal organ.

TESTIS IS DRAIN BY RETROPERITONEAL LYMPNODES SINCE ITS EMBRYOLOGY STARTS THERE

yup. testicle supply - paraortic lymph nodes and scrotum supply - inguinal lymph nodes. please correct me if i'm wrong.
