Honestly, don't take the extended 13 weeks course. 7 week course is more than enough.

dear sh, or anyone who would like to share the experience,
would you please give some more information on the 13 week live lecture course of kaplan, i want to enroll in the 13week course, because i m an IMG and am away from med school for the past 7yrs. your replys will be appreciated.
