COUNSELING ON SEXUAL ASSAULT
Being your concerned health care physician ,it is my duty to emphasize on this incident ,it was not your fault and you should not feel guilty about it. I understand that it is very
painful and has caused you emotional disturbance and grief but you have to take it as a challenge
For true Emotional healing I will strongly recommend you the Community Health Programme our hospital runs that has Special Sexual Abuse Counselors that will help you by various Behavioral therapies to overcome this trauma and offer you the help you need and help you begin living the life you truly desire.
In the meanwhile my Nurse will give you a handout that will educate you by various tips and techniques to relieve your stress and re-enter your life
