Hi docryuy, thanks for your response. how many months of observership is better? i got one in the pvt. clinic, but they don't allow more than 2 months full time observership. So i was wondering should i split the total duration of observership by 3days per week for 4 months or i will do for 2 months and will become workless again! and look for another one! it's so frustrating..i finished step 3
Thanks.

The more usce u hav ,the better.try nearby hospitals for observership when done with pvt clinic.
impress them and get contacts from them along with strong LORs.
