Seminiferous tubules where synthesis of sperms occurs are very selective for testostron source. They use testo which is produced by leydig cells. Exogenous supplied testo will inhibit the ant pitutary to secrete LH as LH is low no testo secreted in leydig cells ;as a result seminiferous tubule atrophy and no spermatogenesis -azoospermia, Rx -we can rx with synthetic LH

4.D it is minimal change disease,because proteinuria>3.5 and no hypertention. it is anephrotic
