I completed the form 186 as a student...Offical person at my school signed it & stamped as a part of stamp on picture, the other part on the specified area in the form.
I took the the completed form & an official envelope of my school.
So since ECFMG require to send the forms from the medical school, but you know, most Univs don't & applicants send the forms to look like they are from School.
Do I need to stamp the official envelope or to put anything on it ?
I hope to get answer from anybody, especially who did it without stamping the envelope nor putting anything on it.
Since I did not get any stamp on the envelope & I have to send the form tomorrow early.
