It is time to have fun with the bone, nerve and muscles..ha ha ha..
You are walking down the street and you see a nice MEDIAL MALLEOULUS and you say::: Hmmm nice TDH attach to the medial malleolus :
Nice Tibialis posterior ,nice flexor DIGITORUM Longus, nice Flexor Hallucis Longus
Than you are observing the hamstrings and the back of the leg and the plantar foot and you say “thank Tibialis to hava a nerve and flex my knee and extending my thigh.
I will continue..

Than you look the front of her nice thigh-nice quadriceps..Nice sartoris who attach to ASIS.You thank the sartoris for flexion and lateral rotation to??
The rectus femoris help you cross your knee and hip and the rests of it extend your knee.
Than you look IN BETWEEN YOUR LEG on the medial side and you are gracious to all of your ADDUCTORS (long or brave or big) .There is our friend that want us to be OBUNATED ,but we are with the OBTURATOR nerve who help us to ADDICT our thigh to the ones that we WANT and to show how we can wiggle and rotate medially our thigh in the air…
Than you scroll to your leg up front….Nice tibialis anterior that HELP YOU wiglle your BIG TOE and you thank your deep peroneal (fibular ) nerve that can dosiflex your foot, INVERT you on the side of your significant other and make you EXTEND your digits ,so you can flirt with the one across the table..
To be continued...

Than you want to go superficially with you SUPERFICIAL PERONEAL with the lateral side of the leg to EVERT your foot on the other side of the table.
Than you WANT to MOVE your HIP away from the grand pa OR YOU WANT TO ABDUCT some nice looking fellow, you start to show your GLUTEUS and you stabilize his pelvis with yours.Well, you crash Him hard w/o even knowing that his name was Trendelburg…Poor fellow ,you ask Him to Lift one leg and He start his Trendelburg Gait. You crash his SUPERIOR GLUTEAL nerve.
You ask Him to go upstairs and get some Inferior Gluteal Soda, but He can’t. He can’t even get out of his chair. You told Him to EXTEN his hip and rotate laterally his thigh. But He can’t.

Than you start to touch his front and back and outward (lateral) thigh, but he doesn’t feel your hand bc you smash his lateral and posterior femoral cutaneous nerve .
Than you tell Him “Do you know that we have 6 muscles that can help us ROTATE our thigh LATERALLY??
Yes, mam .That is:
1. Two GEMELLUS (sup+info)
2. Two Quadriceps Femoris
3. Two Piriformis
4. Two Obturators

Mr Saphenous is HAPPY bc he is taking care elf the ANTERIOR thigh and medial leg part. But uncle SUPERFICIAL fibular is taking care of his lateral leg and the dorsum, EXCEPT the cousin DEEP Fibular is innervating your first dorsal space. Do not forget the SURI that will be on the back of four leg and on your lateral foot. Than uncle TIBIALIS that branch to plantar nerve is taking care of the plantar foot.
Your grand ma told you to not drive her BMW, but you dislocate her HIP posteriorly and she is complaining of SCIATIC pain. You get mad and you decide to relax on a ski trip in Aspen. You were your TIGHT ski boots and as soon as you start you heard a “SLAPPING NOISE ‘than makes your FOOD DROP. Welcome to your deep personal nerve land.
To be continue..
