venoconstriction causes increase in venous return? can somebody plz explain how with relation to venous volume, venous pressure

VENOconstriction--> blood is squeezed out from the venues and added up to the main circulation, --> venous return increases. It's like a ketchup bottle. Venues are the remains of the ketchup on the walls of the bottle, when you squeeze everything out of those walls, and add to the bowl(main circulation) --> more ketchup overall(which will be pumped back to RA).
