Hello Sarim
All of the cranial nerves except ***VII and*** XII are stimulated bilaterally by the cortico bulbar tracts. Bi-lateral lesions on those tracts result in a much more severe dysarthria than unilateral lesions. However, unilateral lesions on a cortico-bulbar tract will affect cranial nerves VII (jaw movement) and XII (tongue movement).
