Good question, but if those constituting scores last seven years, is that the summation that makes it"life-time" or "eternal"?

7 years is only for Connecticut state license and not for some other states like Delaware. Valid for lifetime is true.

No Dr.Morris. It does not matter through which board you applied to take step3. The scores are valid with no expiration in 7 states if I am correct (chk fsmb web site) but all other States 7 yr rule stands exception CA 10yrs.
