if you arrive early ,you will be able to attend morning report , this is followed by a tour of the hospital. then a program overview by the P.D after which you will have one interview with two people either the P.D and a chief resident or the chairman and someone else. both of them will ask questions, they might ask you to present a case or ask you other medical and of course non -medical questions.
