BTW PM offer doesn't tell a strength of a program but rather speaks the other way round. For instances many strong university programs do not offer PM. So to my understanding many weak programs are known for offering PM.
Any one who wants to clear my ignorance, he/she is very welcome

If interested in research positions, contact me at marriet2012. Provide some brief info about yourself, your visa status, your USMLE scores, what (sub)specialty, which state, when you want to start and for how long. In the subject, please mention what you’re looking for. For example: “Endocrine research in Chicago.” Thanks.

I do have paid positions too, but you need to have had prior experience in lab research. Otherwise, it's unlikely you can get a paid position. Some positions are non-paid initially, but may become paid with time as you gain experience and prove yourself to be productive.

@dementia_71
I guess next match, all programs will be going for the match.
Though i have read on the forum that programs can also go the 100% prematch route, but have not found anything official about that online.

@ satyatit, yes the new policy actually entails that programs either be all in or not so yes potentially programs could choose to not participate in the Match at all. This would no longer be a prematch per se just that the programs would offer ALL of their positions outside of the NRMP system! It would be interesting to see whether programs would go this route though.
