It may be a little early but I had this question, what if someone finishes fellowship in child after residency in psychiatry on j1, can that person still apply for waiver jobs as a general psychiatrist ?

I recently had a long discussion with my parents regarding this issue and it got me thinking. I would not mind going back to India for 2 years after training but psychiatry jobs are not abundant in back home are they ? This is my only concern, US postgraduate training is recognized in India so no problems there. It's just that , what would I do for those 2 years.
This all if I am not able to get waiver job after getting J1.
