i get when obstruct left ventricular outflow its due to some sort of pressure buildup in left ventricle because aorta is constricted so not much blood flow going thru so there is causing black flow into LV causing obstruction but why is answer Rheumatic disease i thought in rheumatic heart disease it affects Mitral valve not aortic?? please explain am I understanding the question or does what i am saying make sense? thanks

Yes Mitral Valve get affected most commonly but it also common to have Aortic valve affected.

-calcium deposits will cz "Aortic Stenosis" which will obstruct LV outflow
