should not the treatment of Atrial fibrillation be the same as atrial flutter??why FA does not show that?? is FA right??? mentioning giving B blocker and CA channel blocker to atrial fibrillation while giving class 1A, class 1C, 111 to atrial flutter...I am not convinced in that as I know B blocker and calicium channel blocker are the best choices for atrial flutter and fibrillation( same treatment??? and of course giving coumadin to atrail fibrillation as well....????
