A 32 years old woman comes to the physician b/c of a one month history of progressive shortness of breath and anxiety.She says that her symptoms become much more pronounced as the day progresses.She is 170 cm(5 ft 7 in) and weighs 70 kg (155lb).BMI is 24 kg/mm2.Breath sounds are normal on ausculation but the pt has difficulty taking a long deep breath .Arterial blood gas analysis on room air shows
pH : 7.33
pCO2:70 mmHg
pO2: 65 mmHg

shes not obese though her BMI is within range

i picked C but i read the question again and her symtoms are one month old and for chronic bronchitis cough is at least for 3months to 2 years
so i think maybe its DDD her ph is low acidic

much more pronounced as the day progresses is the key to diagnose MG
and alsol pattern of PFT shows restrictive
