@tucazon, wish you best performance in the exam, I think at this point in time reviewing your notes and important things you forget always, with FA of course, looking at images, heartsounds...etc..

female with sever right abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding, history of pelvic inflammatory disease, hypotension and increase pulse..what do you think? what the endometrium biopsy will look like??

answer is ruptured ectopic pregnacy...biopsy reveals decidual changes...
