2nd time test takers get a lower score than first timers ?

why would second time test takers get a lower score ? .... your score is not affected by how many times u take the test.... example : if u take it the first time and get 74 %.... that doesnt mean if u take it the second time and get 75% that you will get the average of two 74.5 .... you will keep that 75%

Smile hope this cleared it up...
your second score has a -1 correlation coefficent to your first score . Smile meaning no correlation at all!!
