what will happen to the following parameters in septic shock
cardiac output, arteriolar resistance, venous oxygen content, pulmonary capillary wedge pressure?

pul capillary wedge p = left atrial p increase

Initial increased in CO
Decreased PVR
PCWP not sure
LVEDP decreased

mixed venous oxygen is increased because it is high output failure and circulation is going high speed , less time for tissue to extract oxygen . when u so ABG , the lactic acid level is high , u always suspect septic and check for it as tissues are not having enough oxygen, lactic acid is high.
pcwp is not high as septic shock is high output ,that is the difference from cardiogenic shock, but not sure about late stage and pcwp.
