Hi I am currently on a B1/B2 visa. I am being offered a preliminary year position. Can I get a H1 or a J1 just for a year? Should I have to go back to my home country to apply for that?

j1 is AIDS..once u got that u cant get rid of it

and u can get H1 from us also
