do they mean v have to come back after residensy? is doing a jod considered practising?or do they mean...an own practise?

@anjali: yes that's what they mean & yes working as a doctor after residency is considered practicing

You have to go back to india once ur residency finishes. and then reapply for attendings job from there.
but thats the trap once u go back u wont be given visa

if u get a US GC during residensy...then may be u can stay back right?

that way u will disobey the bond u have signed ....
it will depend what are the precise clauses of the bond u will sign
