I did NBME 7 offline and got a 154/200, can someone who got the same score or close to the same score, tell me what 3 digit score the translates into?

I've seen the various formulas on how to convert your score into a 3 digit score, I want to hear from people who took NBME 7 online.

although not accurate multiply the number of right questions by 1.38 so around 212 +- 10

i did it online 2 days ago...i got 380 which was 196 in usmle score...dunno if that helps..but what i did realize after i compared my questions to the offline explanations circulating around the forum, was that i didnt get that many questions wrong...so the scoring, im not really sure how it actually works...i think all qs have different scores depending on the type of question.
