real clinical externship/ clinical research is tough to get ... the latter actually easier .. try for both. You can always do them side by side (or take breaks from your research to do the externships/obsie)

Clinal externship.
If u have multiple of externships then makes sense to do some research.
Otherwise externship comes first. Programs want clinicians who understand the US system not necessarily scientists

how many of externship would u suggest based on current trend? coz then i ll plan to do externship first and then look for research

I think 3 externships is a good target, at least 2 in your specialty area. Research is only good if you publish.

What a difference between observship and externship?i heard that for pathology residency research is better than externship or observship,is it right?
