@daliya. Please don't be paranoid. Everything should be fine. Hopefully! I think it can be cleared. How many programs in your rol. And if anyone who got an email at a later time than posted by daliya, can share their rol number. Guess it helps you.

I called NRMP. They clearly told me the email is just information about SOAP. it doesn't mean you are matched or not!!! some delays are expected because of mass transmission. So , relax.
