In differential diagnosis what physical findings we put?
Like vulvovagniits case or cervicitis case or dysparenuia Plz reply. Thank you.

pelvic examination is not allowed in step2cs..so no physical finding.

put negative physical findings that disprove other things like PID, e.g. abd soft nt, nd etc. Dont leave the physical exam findings section blank imo.
