People of the forum. I hihly recommend you purchase bed bug spray, roach spray etc before moving into this "short term accommodation". There is a reason why previous tenants only stay for a short term.

No, not really. Apartment is very clean and well-kept. It is for long term or short term lease. I know it is very difficult to find short term good rentals in Miami. I thought it will be helpful for someone who is planning to do an observership, research fellowship etc at Miami. I had medical students as tenants before who liked the place at all.
It is also great location , easy access to Mount Sinai.
