Fellowship at Carnegie Hill Radiology, New York, NY

A one-year unfunded fellowship at Carnegie Hill Radiology is available. With the advancement of imaging technology this position offers the opportunity to be trained in the analysis and interpretation of cardiac MRI studies. Our facility includes a state of the art GE Discovery 3T MRI scanner and a 160 slice Toshiba Aquilionâ„¢ Prime CT scanner. The fellow will be involved with the analysis of all daily cardiac MRI clinical studies and gain experience with cardiac MRI imaging techniques. The interpretation of clinical studies includes the assessment of cardiac function, flow, myocardial perfusion, tissue viability and coronary artery imaging. Work with the Medical Director in the development of research activities that show potential impact on the practice of clinical medicine. The fellow will also have the opportunity to assist in the evaluation of new hardware and cardiac MRI software analysis tools as needed. In addition fellows will have access to a cardiac MRI teaching file.

One dedicated fellow is accepted each year.
