correct answer is B
Peritoneal dialysis is a daily treatment, and the gradual fluid removal is better tolerated by patients with poor cardiac reserve than hemodialysis. It requires adequate vision to be done independently. The abdominal distention may not be well tolerated by patients with COPD due to interference with lung expansion and the calories absorbed from dextrose-containing fluids may cause weight gain and obesity.

I read some where in the forum or nbme exams which ask about the increase of dialysis rate. Would dextrose containing fluid increase the rate of dialysis? Any other known choices can anyone suggest?
