Yes my friend I counted 30 exact questions on my exam from that document. Perhaps there were more and I don't remember since as I said I took my exam a week ago.
I did not even know about this scribd.com website until recently. Needless to say, for Step2 CK I will be religiously scouring that site. Good luck.
Most importantly I can now say for sure that NBME rotates old questions, even as old as 4 years old, without "putting them out to pasture".

I did not pay. I did the free option. In order to download a document from the site, you have to upload one. I uploaded some powerpoint lecture from med school that I had. You can upload any educational document.
