IFOM vs NBME - celso_miranda01

Hello! Which is the difference between IFOM assessment and NBME assessment ?? Because I recently took my USMLE and I fail; and my nbme's scores were putting me at 210-224 (510 nbme7); (470 nbme 16) and when I'm checking the IFOM score chart it says that for USMLE pass you need 582=196 on USMLE. Some one please, because I don't understand this correlation... ☕️👍

Also, I didn't get any bar score on genetics; that's what probably screw me up. The other bars were descent and barely descent...
