I am doing residency now in second year .I am planning to take step 3 please give me some advice in preparing for the exam during residency if any one if u have written during their residency. everyone I asked always told me you dont have to read however I do not think that is the case please be kind enough and help me out honestly. thank u

Dear Rohit;
my advice to you is to do the kaplan Q bank at least 2 times and practice the ccs software as much as you can and try to read crush step 3 this is what i did and i got above 80

Personally for my preparation others and I used the book, Family Practice Review by R. Swanson, 3rd Edition. He has passed away, but I amsure you can acquire a copy of this from the publisher, Mosby. Good luck in your exam.
