How bad is it if you first managed the patient in the wrong way but after getting more clues about the case you canceled the old orders and placed new ones. would that deduct from my score? please give answer

certainly it will affect negatively, because you consume time from the case and that can be very bad in the emergency cases. try to read the case and make a better guess, so you don't make such mistake.
