Pls can you confirm Q6, I also believe any case of diarrhea needs a stool culture.
The lady is still having watery stools, so it needs to be explored further.

Imagine if this was a CCS case, would you order oral fluids??? No but you would immediately get a stool culture

Please can someone explain more?
