State requirement for step 3 - ck123

Wants to write USMLE 3. But looking at the state requirement. The people who are not in any residency program.Please advise.

check Connecticut, it's a good state to use when you're not in residency

Connecticut and WV are the states I know of where you can write step 3 without residency. I think Florida is also another one, but who really wants to go there just to write an exam?

you can write your exam anywhere, it does not have to be the state u are using. I used Connecticut and wrote my exams in California.
