further blood loss may be small and chronic , with all other options there should've been more .

@uzairtariq if "chronic blood loss associated with diverticulosis." if you losing blood. Are u gone hv iron def anemia? What's your TIBC should be ( INC or DEC or NORM ) ? Think!

Serum iron: 25
TIBC: 150 (N=250-460)
