Ok, I got offered a position and they do sponsor H1b visa. The question is, how long does it take for the visa itself to come out after applying for it? Because the director will only sponsor it IF IT'S READY BEFORE FIRST DAY OF INTERNSHIP.

How early should i take step 3, so the visa is ready for that date?

Entiendo que toda visa tiene la opcion de "rush" premium process; pagando mil dolares por el servicio ( a migracion)
la adjudican en menos de un mes...
