Hi..if anybody could please tell me how important is to do clerkship or observership for a US green card holder?
And what if some person does only observership?

But you need to be either in third last quarter or fourth year, n fr getting into the elective you want very imp .For imgs who r out thr med school r not eligible anymore .so they can go fr observershp .

To get into the program you want for an IMG .
Blow yr all steps .if you can do clerkship then fine .otherwise go for observer ship and do give step 3 .And can do student research projects in your college .
And fr clerkship hv an excellent CV ,gd grades in school, gd step 1score , TOEFL score blown over .And simple apply !!
