@lovepathology......I meant how was the experience?.
I tried making contact with them via email a few times but it seems they don't read the emails...I use a tool that notifies me whenever an email sent from my account is read and nothing I sent to Brookdale has been read. Maybe they have a junk folder just for us Smile
