what is cut off age limit of mammography ?
For screening it is 50 years to start.
but what for clinical work up age less than 30 or less than 35 to do USG ...
What is next if biopsy shows atypical hyperplasia ?

no use of mammography after 75yrs of age

Atypical hyperplasia :wide local excision or lumpectomy followed by yearly mamography + Tamoxifen if premenopausal & Aromatase inhibitos for post menopausal women
