how to treat severe Lyme disease (aka affecting heart) if pt in Pen allergic (aka anaphylaxis)

erthyromycin is given if allergic to penicillin i am not sure if for heart involvement

I would think parenteral form of doxycycline will be effective treatment for CNS or Cardiac complications of Lyme disease in such patient, alternative will be to desensitize and use parenteral ceftriaxone. Just my thought though

1ry, 2nry AV B -> cefuroxime/erythromycin or doxy
3rd AV B -> “IV” ceftriaxone or cefotaxime
