ATA and AACE. American Thyroid Association and American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, respectively. Which guideline should we follow?! Pulling my hairs. Please help.

thryoid nodule guideline is specified by uworld QID 3484
in my opinion, is always best to follow them, so far all my nbmes Ive been answering
correctly questions with uworld guidelines so hands down uworld has the last word always.
