So i filled the online form today. ..and they gave me two forms to print out..
1.form 186
2.form 345
Now i need to know i read some whr that if i have to send my diploma and credentials i gotta print out form 187...nt they din give me any option for that
If anyone has filled this form recently..plz help me and tell me

yes form 187 is required...
form 187 is basically like a checklist of the documents u are sending to ecfmg,so i think that is required as well
