any one know whether infectious mononucleosis considered as as an etiology for warm or cold agglutinin AIHA ?

infectious mononucleoisis is considered cold agglutinin AIHA....
because : Anti IgM antibodies known as anti I antibodies in (IM) lead to destruction of RBC.
(EBV induced antibodies)

it also causes "thrombocytopenia" for the similar reasons.... but then again when we talk about warm or cold agglutinin we are only referring to RBC destruction.... but the same logic applies to destruction of platelets...
