Surgery is the best one

which kind of surgery? Cryotherapy or incision of the tumor and regional lymphonodules?

Incision is the best surgey to apply. Cryosurgery only intervenes for smaller lesions, not to larger ones

my question now would be, is a 10 mm lesion considered big enough to do the lymph ectomy?

10mm is a small lesion I think. it's 1cm. I think we should remember TNM classification

well, BCC is benign and almost never metastasize--> cryotherapy should be fine for a 10 mm mass.
