Hello everyone I have couple of questions please

1) In Transformation , in FA it is said that "Any DNA can be used". But I remmeber I once read that it has to be double stranded large DNA .. what do u think ?

2) In Conjugation : Hfr x f- : at the end does the f- acquire a plasmid and a chromosal DNA or just the choromosomal DNA ??

In Complementation there's the HDV example ... Just want to make sure .. it means that HBV is complementing HDV right ?? by providing HBsAg which is the envelope protein of HDV
