Afib Case
why does the guideline show IV heparin followed with warfarin on Isolated Afib w/o concurrent valvular disease? these readout cases drive me crazy sometimes... it contradicts MTBs and uworld at times.

they confuse you.
as far as complexity I would say it is good to read them.
