If you can copy the list if suggesting, I think it will be better for everyone. Of course, you can add other discussion and hopefully it will help everyone. This was for jobs in the U.S. for IMG's who have MD but no residency training.

Not to discourage anyone and not to disrespect any of the mentioned professions (including all the bounty hunters out there), but why would you want to apply to these jobs as an MD? To stay in a hospital environment? To earn some money while you prepare for the USMLE?
If you don't match the best strategy is to step back, analyze your flaws, and think hard about trying again knowing the implications of that decision and your chances.

These jobs won't help you obtain clinical experience that counts and for IMGs. Also, these jobs could be needed by american citizens that don't need overqualified people competing for their positions.

If you are an IMG in need of a visa, these jobs probably wont offer an option for obtaining one.
If you are willing to take any of these jobs to demonstrate that you are humble or persistent, any job will do the trick.

I don't know what bounty hunter is always thrown here to make the topic go to something less than serious.

It was just for some additional options to use as a backup for either income, clinical environment exposure, and possibly as something positive to demonstrate a work ethic to residency programs (the latter would not be a guaranteed ticket nor replacement to USCE).

Maybe residency might not ever end up as a reality and then some might need a backup and so this topic can be used for that.

As for clinical experience, the jobs would ideally be ones related closest to actually seeing patients in some manner but you're right that it's not a replacement for actual USCE. Whether it will be helpful, that's left up to whomever is reviewing your CV in some future time.

Sometimes these paid jobs and even with USCE, can allow further networking opportunities for whatever reason.

My apologies in not mentioning that these kinds of jobs were meant to be done within the U.S. and will more than likely (close to 100%) require a U.S citizenship/GC holder status.

There was no intention to disregard anybody on whatever they might find this information and discussion useful for.

If you have a green card or a us citizen, you can practice medicine in the states as a general practitioner after a one year internship program in Puerto Rico. Check residencyhack.com . Very useful site offering info on the programs. I personally feel it is a very strong option for those who do not have residencies.
