hi...i got my toefl results 2 days back but oasis shows that my toefl results have not been reported to ecfmg yet....i have already send the toefl acc form more than a week back....and i want to fill my csa form fast....please tell me
1..can i fill the csa form now
2..is this delay of reaching the scores to ecfmg normal??

as long as you got the apropriate toefl score ,, you can send your csa application now ...... try to do it online .... you can save valuable time .......
and it is true there is a delay in ecfmg process ... but you are ready for csa so send your application

i had same experience yo had. I sent in my CSA application and by time it was processed and I had my 183 cert in the toefl score had been accepted. It will take at least 3 weeks from whe you complete your on line application till it being accepted so that is enough time for the toefl process to have gone thru
